WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Bucksaa offers a 5-day hassle-free return policy for most products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your order in full or partially.

⚠ Important: Returns will not be accepted if the item is misused, missing original tags, or if the return request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.

WHAT PRODUCTS/CATEGORIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
The following products cannot be returned, but in case of defects, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery:

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?
1️⃣ Log in to your Bucksaa account via the app or website.
2️⃣ Navigate to Completed Orders and select the product(s) to return.
3️⃣ Click on Return to initiate the process.
4️⃣ A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email, and a pickup will be arranged.
5️⃣ Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 2-7 business days to the original payment method. Alternatively, you can opt for refund vouchers for future purchases.

If you experience any difficulties with the return process, raise a ticket, and our support team will get in touch within 24-48 hours.

Note: Using coupons while making a purchase will not affect your refund. You will receive a refund equivalent to the amount paid.

Refunds/replacements will be processed only after a thorough quality check. If the product does not meet the necessary criteria, Bucksaa reserves the right to decline the refund/replacement. If an incorrect item is returned during pickup, Bucksaa will not be responsible for a refund, replacement, or re-shipment. IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS Purchases made at Bucksaa retail stores can be returned following the same process as online orders.

5️⃣ If the returned product meets the required conditions, a replacement will be processed.
