WHAT IS BUCKSAA’S CANCELLATION POLICY?
Before Shipment: If your order or specific items within it have not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation by contacting our customer support team at support@bucksaa.com or calling us at +91 75508 18181 between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Once your cancellation request is processed, the refund will be initiated within 48-72 business hours.After Shipment: Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellation requests once the order has been dispatched.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?
There are no cancellation charges if the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before shipment, please contact us at support@bucksaa.com. However, any actual shipping charges levied by the courier service will be deducted from your refund.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION?

HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A CANCELLED ORDER & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
For cancellations made before shipment, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after we receive your request. If the payment was made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 48-72 hours. However, it may take an additional 4-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
